Mondays always seem to call for leftovers; the steady, familiar kind. The kind that remind you this weekend’s kitchen work will carry you through today.

Breakfast will be leftover three-cheese quiche from Magnolia Table Vol. 1, still golden and tender, paired with the fall fruit salad that held up beautifully overnight. Cold fruit, warm quiche; it’s a perfect Monday combination.

Dinner will be chicken sandwich sliders; easy, hands-on, and exactly the kind of meal that doesn’t ask much from me after a full weekend of cooking.

And dessert? Leftover French silk pie from Magnolia Table Vol. 2. Smooth, rich, and somehow even better on day two. I’ll slice a piece, maybe pour a glass of wine, and end the night on the sweet note every Monday deserves.

Kitchen Tool: My storage bowls the unsung heroes of leftover days, keeping quiche sturdy, fruit crisp, and pie perfectly chilled.

Cooking Tip: When reheating quiche, I’ll warm it low and slow in the oven instead of the microwave. The crust stays flaky and the filling heats evenly without drying out.

It will be a simple Monday built from yesterday’s effort proof that leftovers aren’t second best. They’re grace, reheated.
