Midweek meals will always be about keeping it simple; a little something from scratch, a little something from the freezer, and a lot of grace in between.
Today’s table will feature skillet potato hash from Magnolia Table Vol. 2 for breakfast, a Trader Joe’s Margherita pizza for dinner, and homemade French onion dip with chips for snacking.
Kitchen Tool: My cast iron skillet — because even simple meals deserve that perfect, crispy edge.
Cooking Tip: For extra flavor in the French onion dip, I’ll sauté the onions slowly in butter before stirring them into the base. It’s worth every minute.
It’ll be an easy Wednesday — a night built on the beauty of balance: a skillet, a shortcut, and a bowl of something good.
